Sixth Street Deli Flagler Beach is one of those locally owned spots that makes living in this area a little more enjoyable.
We stopped in for breakfast recently, and the first thing that stood out was how clean and well-kept the place was. The owners are very engaged, friendly and clearly take pride in what they’re doing. That kind of attention makes a difference, especially at a neighborhood breakfast and lunch spot.
The Belly Buster Lives Up to Its Name
I ordered The Belly Buster, and the name is pretty accurate. It’s loaded with two eggs, sausage, bacon, ham, your choice of cheese and a potato pancake.

It’s a substantial breakfast sandwich, but more importantly, it was really good. If you show up hungry, this is the one I’d point you toward.
The coffee was excellent too. I went with regular coffee, while Shannon tried the Matcha Mocha, made with matcha green tea, white chocolate sauce and steamed milk. They have a surprisingly extensive coffee menu with everything from espresso and cappuccino to specialty lattes and mochas.
More Than a Breakfast Stop
Breakfast is served all day, but Sixth Street Deli also has bagels, deli sandwiches, melts, salads and other lunch options. It’s the kind of casual local place where you could stop in for morning coffee and breakfast or come back later for a sandwich.
There’s also outdoor seating, which fits Flagler Beach perfectly when the weather cooperates.
Carlos’ Local Take Why I Like Sixth Street Deli Flagler Beach
What I liked most wasn’t just the food. It was the combination of good food, excellent coffee, cleanliness and owners who seem genuinely invested in their business.
Sixth Street Deli is exactly the type of locally owned spot I want to feature in Local Favorites, by Carlos. If you’re spending the morning in Flagler Beach and want something beyond the usual chain breakfast, put this one on your list.
And if you’re hungry… get the Belly Buster off Sixth Street Deli menu. You’ve been warned. 😂
Local Favorites, by Carlos features places I’ve personally visited around Palm Coast, Flagler Beach and the surrounding area. These aren’t paid reviews, just local businesses and experiences I think are worth sharing.
