Thinking About Moving to Palm Coast & the Beaches?

Palm Coast and its beaches offer a laid-back coastal lifestyle with easy beach access, golf communities, and a quieter alternative to Florida’s more crowded tourist hubs.
Palm Coast Is Growing

The Florida Lifestyle, Without Giving Up Everything Else

Living in Palm Coast means you get the classic Florida draws—warm weather, ocean access, and a relaxed pace—without sacrificing convenience, since the area still offers solid healthcare, shopping, dining, and an easy drive to bigger cities like Jacksonville or Daytona Beach when you need more.
Carlos has called Palm Coast home since 1985. He loved growing up here and later raised his own family here. After all these years, he still enjoys being close to the beaches, biking the trails, spending time near the water and having so much of Florida within easy reach. Palm Coast isn’t simply where he sells real estate — it’s where he’s built his life and raised his family.
A Little of My Palm Coast
“I personally enjoy biking the paved trails near European Village and following the trail system farther into Palm Coast. Another favorite is parking at Wadsworth Park early in the morning, walking over the Flagler Beach bridge, stopping for a quick bite locally, then walking back.”

Work & Remote Living

Palm Coast developed largely as a residential community, with local employment in healthcare, education, retail, hospitality and services. Remote/hybrid work has made Palm Coast especially attractive to people whose careers don't require a major downtown.
