Some mornings I’ll park at Wadsworth Park and walk across the Flagler Beach bridge just as the town is waking up. The water’s calm, the light is great, and by the time I reach the other side I’m usually ready to stop for a quick bite before heading back.
It’s a simple routine, but it’s stuck with me over the years — and it’s one of those small things that reminds me why I’ve stayed in this area for so long. If you’re considering relocating here, it’s worth trying yourself. It gives you a real sense of the town that a quick drive-through never can.
